The B30 and B60 nozzle is used in various products to distribute and direct air. It provides an even air flow over the active surface even at higher air velocities in a plenum or air duct. The distribution does not depend only on the static pressure it also utilizes the dynamic pressure. The nozzles are assembled in several rows depending on application and air flow.

Applications

Displacement diffusers A displacement diffuser consists of a plenum with a front plate often a perforated metal sheet . In order to achieve a compact size and even air distribution it is necessary with some kind of air distribution behind the front plate.

By installing a plate with B30 or B60 nozzles behind the front plate a compact and effective displacement diffuser is achieved.

Nozzle ducts The B30 and B60 nozzles can be used in round or rectangular air ducts. An even air distribution is achieved along the air duct.The nozzles are installed in several rows depending on air flow and application.

Material The nozzles are made from polyethylene (LDPE) with standard colour grey. Other colours available on request.
